## The Opportunity: Secretariat & Substantive Support Staff for SQTDP
This crucial role offers an exceptional chance to contribute to national development by supporting the implementation of a significant program aimed at fostering sustainable and high-quality tourism across Indonesia. We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide comprehensive secretariat and substantive support, playing an integral part in the success of the Sustainable and Quality Tourism Development Program (SQTDP), a key partnership with the World Bank.
Position Details
* Number of Positions: 2 (Two) individuals
* Employment Status: Contractual staff (non-ASN – non-Civil Servant)
* Contract Duration: 10 (Ten) months
## Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and effective execution of the SQTDP by undertaking a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
* Facilitating the seamless administration and coordination of all activities related to the SQTDP.
* Assisting in the preparation, processing, and comprehensive documentation of programmatic and technical materials.
* Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all necessary documents required for the effective implementation of SQTDP activities.
* Supporting the critical review and quality assurance processes for all documents and materials submitted to secure the essential No Objection Letter (NOL) from the World Bank.
* Assisting in diligently following up on feedback or specific requirements provided by the World Bank and other relevant stakeholders.
* Fostering robust coordination among the Directorate, the SQTDP team, the World Bank, various Ministries/Agencies, local governments, and other crucial stakeholders.

Educational Requirements
* Minimum a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Urban and Regional Planning (Planologi/Perencanaan Wilayah Kota) or Economics.
* A minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Language Proficiency
* Demonstrated proficiency in English is mandatory, with a minimum score from one of the following examinations:
* TOEFL ITP: minimum 500
* TOEFL iBT: minimum 80
* TOEFL Prediction: minimum 500
Valued Experience & Skills
* Relevant experience in organizational roles, research projects, professional projects, or internships will be considered a significant advantage.
* Prior work or internship experience within Kementerian PPN/Bappenas, the World Bank, or other international development agencies is highly desirable.
* Experience in fields such as tourism, development economics, regional planning, sustainable development, public policy, or international development cooperation will be a distinct asset.
Eligibility Criteria
* Applicants must not be active Civil Servants (ASN) or members of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) or National Police (Polri).
* Applicants must not possess an official Employee Identification Number (NIP).
